How It Works

Patients can request a visit by phone, text, or email. No patient portal or complicated setup required
2. Appointment Confirmation
Your visit is confirmed and scheduled, and you’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment time and next steps.
3. Complete Electronic Consent
Before your visit, you’ll receive a secure electronic consent form (Electronic style) to review and sign. This ensures privacy, clarity, and a smooth visit experience.
4. Join Your Video Visit
At your scheduled appointment time, you’ll receive a secure video visit link via text or email. Visits are conducted using HIPAA-compliant video platform.
No app downloads are required—just click the link and join from your phone, tablet, or computer.
5. Get Care & Next Steps
You’ll meet one-on-one with your provider, discuss your concerns, and receive a treatment plan. Prescriptions and follow-up instructions are provided as appropriate
6. Payment: $50 per visit
While we do not bill insurance, our self-pay pricing is comparable to standard co-pays.
We also offer membership plans and employer subscriptions for organizations seeking convenient, reliable workforce care solutions to keep their fleet on their feet.
